Ms. Jharna is the CEO of JBR Global Consultants, Inc., the umbrella corporation for Just AIM 4 Success and PANTEL 4 Passion. Initially trained as a teacher with a Masters in education, she has emerged as a tough business efficiency expert. Ms. Jharna’s leadership has demonstrated aligned interactions with others that will bring optimal results. Ms. Jharna is recognized as a top leader in her organization with her humble leadership, strategic planning and thinking.
After contributing to AstraZeneca at an entry level, Ben contributed to AstraZeneca at the highest levels over 16 years. Ben has developed and overseen the training and learning for more than 5,000 executives in multiple countries.

Kim is a former Executive Account Director at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and District Sales Manager at Astra, who brings over 25 years of experience and knowledge selling to corporate accounts, GPOs and integrated health systems organizations. He is the product of the industry’s top-rated national account program (rated #1 by HIRC and HSG) and has been recognized as Account Director of the Year numerous times.
With a passion for account-based selling, creating brand loyalty, managing private label initiatives, training and development, Kim is an expert in optimizing collaboration between field sales and corporate account teams in both outsourced and internal sales team settings. As a sales coach Kim has brought tremendous value to sales leaders in any commercial or public environment, and particularly excels coaching those working in the health & life science vertical. Kim is a supply chain strategist and has served on the Board of Directors as Vice-Chair and Treasurer of the Health Industry Supply Chain Institute (HISCI).
In 2003, Milind started an executive career with McKesson Med-Surg to manage and lead nationwide ultrasound sales training events to the national account managers.
After 24 months, he was offered a position at Ambassador Medical, a GE Healthcare company, that emphasized on selling quality pre-owned ultrasound equipment. In a four year span he grew his annual sales from $200,000 to $7.5M. In 2010, with broad sweeping changes in the medical industry, Milind resigned from Ambassador Medical to partner with healthcare professionals to assist in equipment, reimbursement challenges and accreditation.
The past few years he has conducted sales training events and delivered keynote speeches to share his experience with business owners, sales managers and college student bodies. Milind maintains an irrational commitment to learning and dispensing knowledge to those in his sphere of influence.
Wade Sutton brings experience from working in the nonprofit, finance and private sector together. He built and managed a micro loan program for a nonprofit chamber of commerce, which combined his work as a top producing commercial loan officer with his experience as an entrepreneur. For six years, he traveled extensively, training investors how to navigate the derivatives market through facilitating more than 3,000 hours of seminars.
Wade has also worked at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in their talent and organizational design team, where he oversaw curriculum, and trained on engagement initiatives. Wade redesigned the annual review process for supervisors at Delphi. The training has been made mandatory for all supervisors, which impacts 160,000 employees around the world.
